Policies to restore Integrity

    • Presidents must be elected by a true majority of the popular vote.
      If no candidate reaches a majority, a runoff election shall be held between the top candidates.

    • Cabinet and agency heads may not be appointed if they have worked in, lobbied for, or held financial interests in the sector they are tasked with regulating or managing within a defined cooling-off period.

    • Federal regulatory agencies must be led by individuals independent of the industries they oversee, ending the revolving door between government and corporate power.

    • Executive orders shall be limited in scope and duration, and may not be used to bypass Congress or create permanent policy.

    • All executive orders must be subject to timely legislative review and may be overturned by a majority vote.

    • The President is not above the law.
      Presidential actions are fully subject to judicial review and legal accountability, both during and after time in office.

    • Supreme Court justices shall be elected by the public.

    • Term limits for Supreme Court justices to prevent lifetime consolidation of power.

    • Members of Congress may not hold or trade individual stocks.

    • All assets must be placed in independent blind trusts with no personal control.

    • House districts must be drawn by an independent, nonpartisan grid-based body, not political parties.

    • Age limits for federal legislators to ensure leadership remains accountable and representative.

    • All federal spending bills must be fully paid for at the time they are passed.
      No unfunded extensions, no deferred costs.

    • No accumulation of federal debt outside of declared national emergencies approved by supermajority vote.

    • The federal government may not shut down.
      If budgets are not agreed upon, existing funding levels automatically continue until resolution.

    • No Super PACs or unlimited outside political spending.

    • Automatic voter registration for all citizens 18 and older, securely linked to Social Security records.

    • Federal elections must remain open for a minimum of one full week, ensuring access for all voters.
